The water dispenser in the lobby was empty, and there were no refills available.

I was incredibly disappointed with my stay. The room I booked was a handicap-accessible one, but the bed was way too high for me to climb onto. To make matters worse, when I returned from dinner, they had just placed the mattress on the floor with no way for me to get back up after sleeping.

Room cleanliness was inconsistent. the bedside drawers needed attention, which detracted from the overall experience.

I loved being so close to both Greenhorn Park and Rain Rock Casino, making my weekend city strolls effortless and enjoyable as I uncovered the unique landmarks of the area, with the hotel being a comfy base that I appreciated after my long days of exploring.

The room was nice and clean, and the beds were super comfy! Had everything we needed without being cramped. The decor felt pretty modern, too, which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely a cozy spot. No major complaints here!
